materials:

• 1 or more sheets of card stock or printable magnetic paper       
• Metal-edged ruler       
• Cutting mat       
• X-ACTO knife or scissors       
• Photo 
• Tape

instructions:

1. Customize the frame before printing by typing your caption into the space provided. Or, if you prefer to hand write your caption, highlight and delete the sample text.       
2. Print the frame onto card stock or magnetic paper. Set it aside to dry completely.       
3. Place the cutting mat underneath the frame. Using the X-ACTO knife and the ruler as your guide, trim the white areas away from the frame, including the picture window.       
4. If your frame is printed on card stock, tape your photo in place from the back.       
5. If you printed the frame on magnetic paper, put your photo behind the frame and attach it to any suitable metal surface.
