materials:

• 2 Or more sheets of card stock 
• Cutting mat 
• Metal-edge ruler 
• X-ACTO knife or scissors 
• Glue stick or double-sided tape  
• Photos 
• Scrapbook or photo album 
• Felt-tip pens

optional materials:

• Decorative cutting scissors    
• Decorative hole punches    
• Foam tape (for a three-dimensional effect)    
• Clippings, mementos, notes, etc.    
• Rhinestones, glitter, confetti, etc.

instructions:

1. Print the scrapbook pages onto the card stock. Set them aside to dry completely. (You may want to print several copies of some pages.)
2. Place the cutting mat underneath the card stock. Using the X-ACTO knife, and the ruler as a guide, trim the white areas away from all the pages. 
3. Arrange your photos, clippings, mementos, notes, etc., before gluing or taping them down. 
4. Once everything looks how you’d like it, glue or tape it down.
5. The possibilities are endless: Use photos, scraps of material, foil, specialty papers, colored markers, even paint.
