How do I stop a subscription?
A.  You may stop receiving a communication to which you have subscribed by selecting the “opt out” or “unsubscribe” links, or other opt-out instructions included in each such communication.

How do I recover my user id or password?
A.  Select "update personal profile" on the Subscriber's Choice home page or click on the link below. Click on "recover id and password". You will be asked to enter your full name and e-mail address. Once you submit this information, you'll be provided with the user id(s) associated with your e-mail address. After selecting a user id, you will be e-mailed the password.

How do I change my e-mail address?
A.  Select "update personal profile" on the Subscriber's Choice home page or click on the link below. If you have not already signed-in, you will be asked to do so by entering your user id and password. Once signed-in, you can change any of your personal information...including your e-mail address. »  Update personal profile
