Duplex printing, also referred to as two-sided printing, allows you to print on both sides of the page, cutting your paper use by up to 50%. But that’s just the beginning of what this printer feature can do!
This icon in the Printer Shortcuts tab of your Printer Properties is another indication that two-sided printing is set up.
To find out if your printer supports duplex printing, refer to your printer manual or look for the Two-sided (Duplex printing) or Print on both sides drop-down menu in the Printer Properties dialog box on your PC (sometimes found in the Printer Shortcuts tab).
More than one page per side Try the Zoom option, found in the lower-right-hand corner of your print dialogue box. By shrinking the size of your printed pages, this feature allows you to choose the number of Pages per sheet you will print—a great way to conserve paper if you only need to check the design layout or margin settings of the document you’re printing. You can fit anywhere from 1 to16 pages onto one sheet of paper!
