Introduction
Select HP printers allow PS3 printing so you can print directly from your PLAYSTATION®3 (PS3™)! You can capture and print PLAYSTATION screenshots from select games* or other photos stored on your system.
Print images from PS3
It’s easy to print PLAYSTATION screenshots from your PS3™! Just follow these simple steps for PS3 printing:
- Step 1: First, make sure you have updated system software installed (Version 2.5 or higher). If you don’t, visit the PLAYSTATION®3 System Software Update site to download and install the most recent version.
- Step 2: Configure your printer on your PS3™. To do this, go to Settings > Printer Selection > Printer Settings. Select your printer from here.
- Step 3: Connect your printer to PS3™.
- Step 4: On your PS3™, go to Photo and select the image that you want to print. Press the
button. - Step 5: Select Print.
- Step 6: Check the print settings. You can press the button to display the options menu, to change the print settings or to update the number of copies you want. The options available vary depending on your printer.
- Step 7: Select Print again and retrieve your print from your printer’s output tray.
- To print an image that is saved on a DLNA Media Server, you must first copy the image to the PLAYSTATION®3 system's hard disk.
- To confirm the printer is connected to the PS3™ or to stop printing, go to the Setting icon > Settings > Printer Setting > Printer Selection> Print Manager.
