Introduction

Learn how to manage and view print jobs, print apps and settings of your ePrint account on the HP ePrintCenter.

What is ePrint?

With HP ePrint,1 you or any one you know can e-mail pictures or documents to an HP ePrint printer from any e-mail-enabled device.


HP Web-connected printers with HP ePrint are assigned an exclusive e-mail address. With HP ePrint, you can send photos or documents to your printer’s e-mail address from any e-mail-enabled device.1

  • E-mail pictures of your kids across the county to their grandparents.
  • Print important documents to your home printer while on the go.
  • Enable your friends and family to e-mail photos directly to your printer, too!
  • If you don’t have an HP ePrint account, simply log on to the ePrintCenter, click on Sign In in the upper right-hand corner, and choose Sign Up.

What is the ePrintCenter?

The ePrintCenter allows you to manage all aspects of your HP ePrint account on one, easy-to-navigate site.


When you sign up for an HP ePrint account, you will register your printer with the ePrintCenter.


The HP ePrintCenter is the online site where you can manage and view all of your HP ePrint account details.


From the ePrintCenter you will also be able to view and manage your HP Print Apps.

View recent jobs

You can view your print jobs under the Recent Print Jobs section, or, click on the View Job History button to view all print jobs.


Once you’re signed in, you can view your print jobs under the Recent Print Jobs section, or, click on the View Job History button to view all print jobs.


Each print job will have a time and date signature stamp so you’ll know when they were completed (or if they were unable to send).


Note: If HP ePrint can't connect to your printer, print jobs will remain on the server for 24 hours.


Manage senders

Click on the ePrint Settings button to determine who can send print jobs to your printer.

  • Under the Allowed Senders tab, you’ll have two options for who can send print jobs to your HP ePrint-enabled printer: Everyone or Allowed Senders Only.
  • If you choose the Allowed Senders Only option, you can then enter the e-mail addresses that are allowed to print to your printer. You can specify up to 500 e-mail addresses.

The ePrint Settings allow you to determine what size and color your printer will print documents and photos sent to your printer’s e-mail address

By customizing your print options, you can choose how documents and photos you receive are printed. Under the ePrint Settings menu:

  • Set how large, or small, you want to print items sent to your printer.
  • Determine if you want to print receivables in color or black and white.
  • Note: Photos will only be printed as 4" X 6".

Manage print apps

Add and learn more about HP Print Apps at the ePrintCenter.


When you register your printer with the ePrintCenter it will determine whether your printer can handle basic or advanced print apps. HP Print Apps allow you to print Web-content from your computer without turning on a PC.2

  • View which print apps are currently downloaded to your printer, and see which apps are available.
  • Read descriptions and see previews of new print apps.
  • Add new apps to your printer with a single click.
