Introduction
It’s easy to create practical and fun printouts directly from your printer with HP Quick Forms. From puzzles to graph paper, discover the ways Quick Forms can save you time, storage space, and money.
What are HP Quick Forms?

Many printers, like the HP Photosmart 5510 e-All-in-One, feature HP Quick Forms, giving you direct access to forms and fun.1
Many HP printers offer Quick Forms, a convenient feature that automatically creates all types of specialty papers and games, directly from your printer.1
Quick Forms offers several benefits:
- Convenience. Quick Forms is like having a paper store on demand. Get the specialty paper you want, when you want it.
- Save money and time. Get as many—or as few—sheets as you need, keeping you from making unnecessary trips to the store.
- Save space. Quick Forms is also a great space-saver. Even if you use a particular type of paper often, there’s no longer the need to buy and store an entire pack somewhere—just print a page when you need it.
A Quick Form for every occasion

Have fun with free printable games like dots, mazes, tic-tac-toe, and Sudoku.

Automatically generate checklists and fax cover pages, as well as printable monthly and weekly calendars, all straight from your printer!

Get notebook, graph, and music paper, and even child rule—perfect for little ones practicing their penmanship.
Need a to-do list for this weekend? Are the kids looking for a game on a rainy afternoon? Whether making a grocery list, planning a vacation, or doing a last-minute homework assignment, there’s a Quick Form for you:
Games
- Dots: Print out a “board” and play this classic with a friend. Whoever has the most completed squares at the end of the game wins!
- Mazes: Generate mazes in an infinite number of patterns and a rainbow of colors.
- Tic-tac-toe: Printouts include multiple, colorful grids, perfect to keep on hand for kids who might get bored in the car, a restaurant, wherever!
- Sudoku: Some printers’ versions of Quick Forms automatically generate Sudoku printable puzzles and allow you to choose your level of difficulty—easy, medium, or difficult.
Forms for the home and home office
- Calendars: Keep your home office or family’s schedule in order with weekly or monthly calendars. Both are great to keep your schedule organized on a bulletin board or fridge.
- Columned lists: Perfect for grocery shopping and keeping track of your to-do list. Printing a multi-columned checklist every morning (and filling it out!) can set anyone up for an organized day.
- Fax cover pages: For most home and small business applications, a printed fax cover page with hand-written information is amply formal. Choose between black-and-white and color.
Specialty paper
- Graph paper: Whether you need 1/8" squares or 5mm, Quick Forms has graph paper on demand.
- Notebook paper: However you like your notebook paper—college rule, wide, or child rule—you can print out the amount you need, when you need it.
- Music paper: Print blank staff paper in either landscape (8 staves) or portrait orientation (10 staves).
