Printing to an HP ePrint-enabled printer is as easy as sending an email!

Image files need to be at least 100 dpi to print via HP ePrint. To check your image’s dpi, right-click on your image on your PC’s desktop, then select Properties, and the Details tab.

Receiving prints is even easier than sending them—you don’t have to do anything!
When you’re ready to print to your ePrint-enabled printer, all you have to do is send an email just like you normally would—only this time, the address is your printer’s!
- Send your print job to your printer’s email address from any mobile device with email capabilities
- ePrint allows you to send and print images, Microsoft Word documents, Excel* and PowerPoint documents, PDFs, and photos
- Image files need to be at least 100 dpi to print via HP ePrint.

Receiving prints on your HP ePrint-enabled printer is even easier than sending them—you don’t have to do anything! Unless you’ve blocked a sender from sending print jobs to your printer (via the ePrintCenter), anything sent to you will automatically print.
- Your printer must be connected to the Internet for you to receive your print job.
- If HP ePrint can't connect to your printer, print jobs will remain on the server for 24 hours.
