Receiving prints is even easier than sending them—you don’t have to do anything!

When you’re ready to print to your ePrint-enabled printer, all you have to do is send an email just like you normally would—only this time, the address is your printer’s!

  • Send your print job to your printer’s email address from any mobile device with email capabilities
  • ePrint allows you to send and print images, Microsoft Word documents, Excel* and PowerPoint documents, PDFs, and photos
  • Image files need to be at least 100 dpi to print via HP ePrint.
  • There is a 5 MB total limit, and a maximum of 10 attachments to a single email. Emails that exceed these limits will not print.

The following email clients have been tested by HP ePrint**:

  • Outlook 2003, 2007
  • Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, Gmail
  • Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Macbook, Macbook Pro)
  • BlackBerry mail
  • Nokia/Symbian (Nokia)
  • AOL Mail web

Receiving prints on your HP ePrint-enabled printer is even easier than sending them—you don’t have to do anything! Unless you’ve blocked a sender from sending print jobs to your printer (via the ePrintCenter), anything sent to you will automatically print.

  • Your printer must be connected to the Internet for you to receive your print job.
  • If HP ePrint can't connect to your printer, print jobs will remain on the server for 24 hours.

*It is strongly recommended that you preview documents in Excel before printing.

**Testing does not guarantee full compatibility.
